The plate heats to 280⁰ Celsius, it has a compact design perfect for apartments and boating, and the stand has a fold down feature. It’s made of 316 marine grade stainless steel, it’s IPX4 waterproof and it has a 2.2kW power usage. It uses 240V/10 AMP power, so plugs in to a standard electrical outlet, the cooking plate is made from 10mm mild steel, and it’s easy to fold away when not in use.
