Note:These are 'grade 3' tarps that the USMC has written off by making large cuts in at least 1 corner. The 'waterproof' coating is deteriorating so don't rely on these to keep water at bay. Some don't come with paracord loops through the eyelets, these will be picked at random. See last photo as an example for damage
This is a genuine issue USMC Reversible Woodland MARPAT/Coyote Field Tarp. If we didn't know any better, the Marine Corps may have deliberately cut holes in these to write them off for replacements. Most of these have a 'interesting' smell - this is the urethane coated nylon deteriorating so don't rely on these to fully repel water!
What to use them for you may ask? That's a great question - perhaps as a windbreaking tarp, to camouflage something but maintain a flat surface unlike a camo net, maybe some helmet scrim that won't rot like cotton. Whatever your use, we will leave that up to you!
